I provide fine art photographic reproduction and photographic restoration for museums, artists, collectors, and individuals, working to create accurate and controlled digital reproductions of original artworks and photographs.

Fine art reproduction, particularly of paintings, requires careful control of lighting to manage reflections, texture, and surface detail. I use precise lighting techniques to ensure faithful, high-quality capture while respecting the character of the original work.

Alongside reproduction work, I offer photographic restoration and retouching services for both print and film-based materials. This includes the scanning and digitisation of originals such as prints, negatives, transparencies, and glass plate negatives, followed by careful restoration carried out to client instruction.

Restoration work is carried out manually on high-resolution scans of original photographs, using detailed photographic retouching to repair damage such as creases, tears, edge loss, dust, and surface marks. The aim is to restore tone, detail, and continuity while maintaining full control over the final image and the character of the original. No AI-based restoration tools are used in this process.
